Also I shopped very frugal, I would buy a lot of material wholesale or through auctions, and also I had the ability to buy from a former employer, a manufactured housing factory, that was also a huge savings for me.I had to do this deal this way.

They've always wanted two years of tax returns.I know everyone says you "don't need anything" for DSCR loans, but I've always found that you... do.The key difference is of course that your DTI ratio plays no role in qualifying for the loan.I obviously can't speak for OP's experience and don't know who her lender is.Hey Nicholas - most one-stop shop brokers look at lending options other than DSCR.

The county assessor has it as $502 but says that is a placeholder for all land values in the Pima County area.Our next option is to find a RE professional who can perform a limited scope land appraisal by pulling land comps from the area.
