@Anthony CarusoI do not have any market insights or data to back up increasing demand in the Hobomobos or similar prefabricated modular shipping container homes, but I believe there should be a growing niche market and right now there isn't enough awareness.

I've been doing the BRRRR strategy though yet to refinance, bought 2 in last year and will have 0 money left in after refi (massive reno projects), so it all depends on your capability, and how much grind you want to put in, in my opinion...The more work, the higher the return should be.

Although, agents will claim that they have worked with investors, how do you really know which ones have the capability to guide you in making the right decision when purchasing your investment property?

THIS is what a "realtor" who want's to bill themselves as a REI professional need step up to the plate and do because these people are taking significant financial steps and it's owed to give that or be honest and say it's beyond your knowledge base and are just a realtor, not capable of advising on INVESTING with real estate. 

but also be sensitive to folks' financial capabilities, then you win in life.
