Typically, I meet in person to sign or have them scan and send me a signed copy.The tenants are working from home and don't have the equipment to print or scan the lease.

Once he signs, scan the lease immediately and trash the paper copy.

Notice in the pic below how all the red lines correspond with the weekend. 

Scan them and save them in a file in your computer or phone.I use the Tinyscanner App.

@Simond Wong Not my area of expertise... but I'm curious, could you put together a document of before and after pics, list of improvements, and a link to a post video of an interior walkthrough?

Especially things like taking pics of receipts.

Hi Mike,If it were mine, I'd paint the house white (because that might make it look a little bigger) with a conservative blue trim.I'd cut the tree branches above the windows on the tree in front of the house.Put some nice new house numbers on it, trim the shrubs and do something with the sidewalk, possibly pavers like in the pic below (if the neighborhood was appropriate for it--if not probably pour a new walkway).

@Katie Miller - we usually take solid before and after of our pics. 

I’ll post some pics as they are a weird material.
