You "just" need to understand the risks and rewards and decide if that works for you.

In my city's codes and ordinances it states that one of the common rental property violations is having "over four unrelated individuals residing in a dwelling unit" would the dwelling unit be considered the entire house or just the part contained in the lease (aka the room)?

And the elite Realtors that might have some angles to help you will want some type of agreement in place so that they get their reward guaranteed....

Its hard at this time of year to keep politics out of a discussion , especially when one candidate brings up a potential infusion into the real estate industry .As long as attacks arent thrown at individuals and the discussion stays closer to real estate , I feel a bit of politics is good . 

Yes it is just specualtion, but if you are basing your future on guaranteed appreciation, imagine having that huge amount to pay every month and NOT having the appreciation to reward you at the end.

For those reasons, I will wait to listen to several episodes before deciding whether his particular style was a good move for this podcast or not.I also love David Greene and Rob Abasolo, as well as the way their individual styles complimented each other in the podcast format. 

It's certainly nice to have the input from individuals from within the industry.
