Hi All,Does anyone have any recommendations and experience for DSCR lenders in Lafayette, LA or southern Louisiana?

Make sure to check in with some lenders because they can find you grants to help with closing cost. 

(being that I am lender I wish that was not the case but want to be honest about reality as well). 

Pretty much any regular bank / lender is going to require themselves to be in first position on all the properties... so I don't think a HELOC type solution is going to work across multiple properties with multiple lenders.
