I've asked for references and ID which I feel is well within my due diligence to request. 

In any case all I would need to do is request a release of lean.

I requested them if they can lower down their bill to my budget which is amount that I am covered with insurance.

Better send them gentle oficial request to unblock.  

If there's not enough market interest, you'll get a request to lower the rent - until the property rents.

Hence my request for help . . .
