I looked into other projects recently built by a developer we would like to recommend and determined they typically complete projects of similar size and type inside of two years.I understand many variables can affect both demolition and construction time, but I am only looking for a general rule I could apply in the absence of reliably sourced data.Thanks for your time!

Of course there's no reliable way to predict exactly when the market will peak, but there are definitely ways to qualitatively observe the increasing level of market saturation, and thus get a better confidence that we are nearer to the end of the cycle than we are to the middle.

Never touch a Historically designated home and if the numbers do not work you walk.I seriously doubt if you are inexperienced in flipping that you will do better than a GC quote assuming your quote is fair and reliable
