Our real estate agent believes that it should easily get around $250,000 in a few years (although I take most predictions with a grain of salt).At this point, my gut says that unless something major comes up for the estimates on the conversion, we will probably convert it and plan on selling in a few years.

I know a lot of people use some of the online rent predictions, but I find these are pretty inaccurate in many neighborhoods that I work in.

I went to BEC20 (Joe Fairless's event in Keystone) and one of the speakers made an interesting prediction.

You can’t worry about or predict the path of things but you can peruse. 

I would predict Charleston will be shifting to a more balanced market in the next quarter with caution over the market, jobs and supply chain speed bumps.  

Hopefully, housing will lead the economic recovery as predicted. 

If you could predict this with any certainty you would become very wealthy.
