A few details on the deal: + We are looking for 4bed 2 bath homes in north Austin close enough to the tech hub+ We live outside the US and the best interest rate we have gotten is 8% after engaging with 20+ banks+ With 20% down, 8% rate and really high property taxes, all deals we have analyzed have negative cashflows of over 700 dollars per month+ We have considered involved strategies like str, mtr and rent by the room but might be tricky to execute as we are not present in Austin+ We really want to invest in Austin as we strongly believe in the appreciation potential.

Most New Jersey House Hackers are close to transportation hubs direct to NYC. 

Fastenal and SafeLite are good examples of national credit tenants with hub and spoke location strategies whereby they have multiple smaller locations across a metro area.If the situation is dire you can always put a tenant in month-to-month just to cover the NNN's until a long term tenant comes along.

She has to transit through a west coast hub and essentially travels 24 hours to get to a place that is only 5 hours from the Bay Area.

. - MAJOR Employment Hub in Cummins Research Park. 2nd largest park behind the Research Triangle Park in Raleigh/Durham and just look at how that area has performed for Multifamily/single-family in the last 10-15 years.
