He was so cheap that I never felt guilty about paying him while I screwed off (or did deeper repairs).I can do my own roof (no one better) and despite being 60 if I were to do a 1000 sq ft rehab this month I'd do my own roof.If you're short of time, and MISSING DEALS because you're doing scut work maybe it's time to hire it out.

your house, your problem.The Real Estate co. had nothing to do with the damaged floors and are your go between ( PM ) while the tenants are there. but you can go after them for the damages that have to be repaired. if they are found guilty and have to pay, if you can't get the money right away, see if you can garnish their pay check. why not check with your insurance co. you should be covered for that in your policy.

Then later said that it was being held up because the insurance company was requesting a "Non-Collateral Insurance Certificate" to complete the wire transfer.He contacted the Insurance Company and the cost was $4,250; but after pleading with them they agreed to accept half ($2,125) up front and the balance after the loan is funded.We're still arguing about me paying the $2,125 directly to the insurance company.He's talking about his company's policy & non-disclosure agreements.So I Googled and came across this article.
