yes I will have the insurances on the properties in the LLC, all accounts will be seperate from my personal accounts, it is important so as not to pierce the corporate veil.

Mind the corp/ LLC can easily be pierced in a situation like that with tennants, workers on the subject I would also look into a umbrella policy ☂️.

The states are non-piercing states which means that if somebody does try to come and see you that they can only take your LLC and they cannot come and attack you personally.

If you ever get sued for your rentals or construction related issue,or by any other creditors, court might take this action as commingling of the personal and LLC's fund and rule that you are "piercing the corporate veil."

It works well for a sole proprietorship, but only serves to pierce their corporate veil.
