I planned to put in money out of pocket towards renovations to force appreciation, get to the 78/22 debt to value, and eliminate PMI.I got quotes from 4 different contractors. 2 didn’t work out, 1 was very expensive, but number 4 was perfect.

Perfect project for my skill set, looking for more.

I feel like I’m in the perfect position to start investing my money into real estate instead of stocks because it seems like the ROI with stocks is lower than with real estate.I’m close with my brothers and we’re all working and still living with our parents, so we don’t have much expenses.

If you want a partner to take title as a tenant in common to the other $500K that is perfectly fine. 

However, we have probably about an acre and a half in the back that I think would be perfect to develop into a storage unit space (easy access for any size vehicle, etc etc.).

Good evening all, minor question. I’m a landlord and my tenant is asking if I can change the shower head in the bathroom. Nothing is currently wrong with the shower head, she just wants it changed to a detachable show...

So, sure the bridge is higher but it you have to pay 500 dollars more for a month or two it is just not that big of a deal to get the perfect house  for  your or to keep from having to move twice (which will cost MUCH more) or leasing the property for lower then market for 12 months just to get it done etc etc,.
