Just make sure you screen your students, get co-signors and monitor the property for damage (parties).  

Hi Derek - I don't buy tax liens, but I monitor tax status for the mortgage notes I own and end up on a lot of county tax collector websites. 

I monitor monthly and make small adjustments but not much major.

We do watch and monitor these conversations, and we pipe up when we think it makes sense.

I agree, keeping your credit monitored is a great idea

I don't budget myself or go crazy monitoring where my money went.  

I am not sure if 1st is current or not as it seems monitoring the 1st from a second standpoint is not as simple as I thought.  

This Place is contaminated, property is being monitored remotely by surveillance, all persons and belongs will be seized in xx many days...etc. 

I looked into setting out the bait/traps myself and monitoring, but it seems like a lot of time involved for not much cheaper than paying someone to do it.
