The several engineers I know personally are quite skilled at their crafts, and none would ever consider doing what you're suggesting. 

But that is not what happens here they think they are going to get rich by following the teachings but then reality sets in they are not cut out for the business and no one is going to hand it to them... these same people can get a free education and will never do anything either because RE is REALLY HARD  its not easy its not instant money it takes years to proffect your craft..

Their are numerous educational opportunities to learn the craft and Airbnb is supported by third party softwares' to automate pricing and most of your guest communications. 

It was just more of a theory craft for once I move out of the property for a job in my degree field.
