California House Hack rent by the room leases
Hi all,
I just purchased a condo in Orange California and am looking to house hack by renting out the individual rooms.
I wanted to see if anyone had any canned leases that they use if they are in my position.
I am working on crafting a lease for the rooms currently but want to make sure I do it correctly, and would love any examples people may have for me to build off of.
Thank you!
Nolan
