We have built modular custom homes in the past and have had mixed experiences, there are a ton of variables to consider when weighing one against the other.  

The Woolfords would keep a list of creditworthy customers and compile their findings, which they would then sell.

Could have been self install but I'm paying the installers about $1/sq ft.My problem with Home Depot is that no matter how good Allure Ultra may be, HD flooring desk staff in this store are totally clueless about the product, its stock situation, and its accessories (transitions, stair nose, etc and couldn't care less about serving a customer.

I would check reviews and question current customers.

As for crazy talk like "taking out a tree", no, sorry, that's part of the house and unless you were planning on taking a tree out anyway that's a non-starter.Tenants aren't "customers" in the "customer is always right" sense.

Then i go on their website & after Exhausting my efforts, seems you Either Must be a customer/Member of theirs to even Purchase these i Believe, Or POSSIVBLY WITH A REFERRAL FROM A MEMBER YOU CAN GET THEM OR AT LEAST GET A DISCOUNT ON BECOMING A MEMBER.B/C I See These as Extremely Valuable (your welcome if you do too)ID BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE TO ANY INSIGHT OR HELP.I INVEST IN SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN & APPRECIATE ANY THOUGHTS OR HELP IN OBTAINING A MAP..(..As $2-600 is far too much for a little map.)Thank you Again for your time, & i Really Hope this helped some others out with the idea.

Then we would have problems with the neighbors or the customer putting in their trash .

Equity Trust does a really good job and has very helpful customer service to walk you through the process.

If so, that often means the building needed to be custom built because it is not standard. 

Although I would love to have a loyal tenant I'd have to immediately raise the rent by a significant amount.
