Hey @Ujwal Kolli,When you do a cash-out refinance on one rental property to pay off the mortgage on another, the interest tracing rules generally allow the interest to be deductible if the loan proceeds are used for business purposes, like paying off another rental.

But I'm hoping to lead guests to book Direct as much as possible so the OTA's can't sit on the deposits for months!  

I don’t know if Jerryll’s method is the only way to obtain leads efficiently, but I hope everyone else beliefs him so I can stop getting solicitations!
