I like the ease of use, it's really intuitive and definitely an upgrade from the spreadsheets I've been using previously.

And banks, in order to be able to provide the formats of files downloaded to QB, are required by Intuit to upgrade the file format regularly.

From working with a lot of companies across the country- feedback was that Podio was a steep learning curve and not very user friendly and intuitive to learn although very customizable.We took the feedback from our customers and since then built our own platform off of Podio, that is super intuitive, simple, and to @Vaughn Smith's point, gives you and your team the best chance at using regularly and getting adapted to.
