"The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller is a great place to start.

I would recommend listening to more podcasts, reading great starter books such as the The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and then try to formulate a plan from there. 

UPDATE: GARY CASINOThe Hard Rock Casino set to be erected in Gary, IN on 40 acres between the Little Calumet River and 80/94 has broken (ceremonial) ground as of Jan 9th.

We will reach of to the lender for the Texas home to see about getting the occupancy requirement removed.Thanks Gary!
