I recently downloaded a free book on my Iphone, "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing".

I don't know what type of cellular phone you have, android or iPhone, but I know the app works great with iPhone and gives you notifications instantly, whether they be text, voicemail of missed calls.

The newest model of the iphone/android, the newest tablet, the newest and the list goes on, plus way more ppl are likely financing their late model vehicles than 34 yrs ago when more ppl simply made do with the vehicle they could actually afford to own than finance.

I get text messages from tenants on their iPhones, who drive nice cars and have Direct TV that their rent will be late...

I am using an iPhone 6S and can zoom in on the walls/appliances and see close up details clearly.

How I did it was as follows:I own a windows laptop, Epson all-in-one printer/scanner, iPhone, & iPad.

When I phone screen, I nicely tell prospects to not waste my time if they are not familiar with the neighborhood and done a drive-by. 

You can put the google voice app on your Droid/iphone and you can text, receive/make phone calls.
