I now live in a very small 1000 sq ft. home on a very nice street and couldn't be happier.

None the less, it opened up this real estate investment world to me and I could not be happier!

I'm saving money on everything, primary home, investment properties, and auto insurance, but the biggest savings came from the investment properties.I couldn't be happier with the change. 

You'll be happier when it's over and you have working capital to fund your next purchase. 

But the question for me is if financially I will be happier in five years from purchasing a live in building or if I would be happier for buying more units with better cash flow outside of the city….

Properly leveraging investor capital in a value add investment allows drastic improvements in apartment communities, thereby creating a cleaner, safer places to live and making tenants happier.

You might a well just consider that Equity has a $50 transaction fee.I am much happier with Equity right now once I learned the system.  

Minimize problems and you will be happier!

Your future child/children and you will be so much happier and will have such a great start in this world!  

I sold them all last year (at a nice profit) and it was one of the happier days in my life to be out from under those royal PITAs.
