HOA seems high for no benefits in terms of a gym, pool, etc. as it's mainly for the grounds.I'd like to rent but with upkeep and vacancy I don't see it cash flowing.

That being said, there's everything you could ever need if you do have one (shopping, food stores, big box stores, gyms, bars, you name it).

But there are worse things to do during cardio time at the gym...

It's a lot like joining a gym with someone and operating as motivating forces to each other to remain dedicated.

Depending on your budget, you should be able to tick some or all of the following boxes: VIEWS, convenience of location (Close to restaurants and coffee), quiet, nearby trails, amenities (golf, gym, pool, etc), and of course the normally desired quality and size of home/furniture/etc.There are condos that can be rented nightly, priced under $300k.

I listen to them if I am driving anywhere and also at the Gym.
