After buying the house and getting the sewer line cleaned out we noticed the toilet still was not flushing properly.

We currently live in the house and although the pump works just fine (we've been using it full time as we remodeled the upstairs bathroom) I know the tenants will either flush wipes, or fem products, or hair down the toilet and cause damage. 

It's in Queens and was built in 1986. (2212 119th St Flushing NY) I have no management fees because I plan to manage myself.

Drain strainers: You would not believe what I see having been put down garbage disposals, flushed down toilets, and stuck in showers.

I bought my second building a year and a half ago; 5 plex/beauty salon.YES; you get calls on Friday at 4pm "no toilets in the building will flush. 

Flush the water heater yearly, that sort of thing.

If not in the urban area, what about the suburbs like flushing. 

I'm actually in the Flushing/Flint area

A few things I've still got to look into is how exactly to do a double escrow, what to do if I can't find a buyer in the contract time and a few other things.I'll be focusing on the greater Flint market,trying to stretch into areas like Flushing, Davison, Grand Blanc and such. 

Does the water level in the toilet in question move when a toilet in another room is flushed?
