New Flint, MI REI. Focusing On Wholesaling.

Hello all, I'm new into REI. Currently I'm focusing on wholesaling properties. I've done a fair amount of research to learn the processes from finding selling and finding buyers. I've gotten contracts by now & I've also looked into marketing methods & tactics. A few things I've still got to look into is how exactly to do a double escrow, what to do if I can't find a buyer in the contract time and a few other things.

I'll be focusing on the greater Flint market,trying to stretch into areas like Flushing, Davison, Grand Blanc and such. If wholesaling goes well for my I'll be expanding into other RE strategies such as buy & holding.

I'd be interested into networking with REI especially from the Michigan market

 I'm always open to convo. You have more experience than me but maybe I can trade you some of the textbook know how I've gathered from my studying of the trade. Im new to BP but Im sure there is a message feature, I'll be sure to message you when I get a little more hands on.
