Hi -I've recently inherited (or what amounts to inherited) a small fix/flip & wholesaling business that consists of a website where users enter property, situation and contact details which populates jotform and through zapier feeds a CRM.

When I go to the State of Alabama website, under Tax Delinquent Properties, there are "leftover" Tax Deeds in certain counties that were never purchased, which the state is still trying to sell.

I would try to look them both up on the county clerk's office website for the county they report to live in... and maybe a few of the surrounding counties.

I bought my own domains for my 2 rentals and point them at my PMS website, so if i change there isnt problem with that.
