@Joe Splitrock With the sun beating down on the roof all day, my guess is that the ceiling's going to be baking during the summer ... which means any attempt to cool the air would be going against a 1200sqft heating element that's 140 degrees.This property is getting all new windows (36 of them!)

We have our 8-plex master keyed, using Kwikset and chose the Satin Nickel finish because it holds up better to the elements, which is especially important for exterior doors.
