Hi Dan,It is very difficult to be a wholesaler without having feet on ground.You could get on ground runners but it would take years to establish such a trust and relationships IMO.Just my opinion.Maybe fix and flips would be better suited.Thanks and have a great day.

HI Liz & Matt,Bill tried out a few out and found Lease Runner to be the one we'll use.

This is where the court system is letting me down with endless trivial paper corrections one after another.  

Like you, I spent a lot of time reading the blog and listening to the podcasts before I signed up but I think you'll find that there is endless, priceless information on the forums.

I have to admit I had no idea of the endless possibilities in REI and I am really excited about this new adventure.

There are endless possibilities of different down payment, ARV limits, interest rates, points, loan to value ratios etc, etc... 

We have neighborhoods in all kind of price ranges, and the possibilities of making a profit in RE is endless.  

I've been using lease runner but I'm interested in switching if here is something better out there.
