That said, I'm guessing that my month+ long STR experiences have been too small in number to be anywhere near a reasonable sample.I can say that I've had some MTR tenants in my units in Cambridge, MA who have talked about month long WFH remote experiences in Vermont who made delightful tenants! 

I am in the process of selling my home at short sale and it took a long time to get the 2nd, Ocwen, to finally cave in and accept the 1,000 WaMu was allowing them to get.

Totally squealing in delight here.

I have time to scuba dive to 400ft, cave dive and drinking and driving desert cars in the dunes at night going 60+, mountian biking, four wheeling, ect.

I am both delighted and surprised on BMOs willingness - a short while ago, there were not as keen on the cross border banking as either TD or RBC.  

There is a house a few blocks over from me that has severely blighted, overgrown and vacant for the last few years, with a window broken out, burn marks on the windows and roof looking like it will cave in, that I assume was a meth house due to the looks of it & history of my neighborhood (former drug problems but in an up and coming area last 3 yrs).

Sounds like you have a lot of interest so not much incentive to cave in on much.
