There will always be people that want to live on the East coast, or Alberta etc, but given the chance, a lot of people will move to places where the climate is better, ie West coast.Strong cashflow and high cap rates are great, but what if a small percentage of the population start relocating to the West coast?

What I absolutely never agreed with was the tone that was trendy for a bit which was blatant bashing of SF Bay Area and crutching those “Bay Area exodus” arguments - using clickbait articles- on climate change (forest fires), homelessness, pandemic and high cost of living.
