Using a guy from church, but he doesn't specialize in real estate.

The bank lending to me was shut down by the FDIC so I was a borrowing free agent.

We didn't find out about all this until closing because the title company just considered it all part of doing their job.There was another house that we bought from a church (it was the parsonage.)

I think their website said they are shutting down the designation at the end of the year

Shutting off the interest accumulation during a Deferment period when the Deferment Agreement they originated discloses that Interest will continue to accrue during the deferment period.  

As a side benefit, if a service shuts off it's not your fault and the tenant needs to work with the provider to resolve.Water typically has to remain in the name of the owner.

I mean, they really can't shut off the sewer. 

Now they literally shut the beach down in front of our homes so we're screwed till this is over...

Towns here in NJ are shutting down due to Count and State guidance/direction.
