I selected Lewiston for the post as I didn't see an Augusta option, but I do work all over the state.It was my family's property management business that brought me to Maine and sparked my interest in and passion for helping investors achieve their goals. 

It seems that people are paying very little attention to it.

These are people whose full time job is to effectively manage the assets on behalf of the investors. 

Do you use a lot of TikTok in your business?

In general, most people value STRs for sale based on the income of the STR.

Team of people watching notifications and contacting guests and if necessary going out to property to address issues.

I'm all over areas with at least 50k people (Loveland, CO), but also places with a 1M+ (El Paso) and Large Areas like The Greater Denver Area. 

Remember syndicators run a business, and they invest in almost all market conditions.

Our virtual meet up is around 30 people.
