Statistically, you're more likely to deal with evictions (people that are one bad flu away from missing rent just can't be as consistent as people with more money, sadly), and the Section 8 program is loaded with red tape, inscrutable changes, and general headaches.

You are required to hire a 203k consultant which in theory should be beneficial but in reality it is alot of handholding and red tape.

I'm guessing most are not bold enough to sit there and try to figure out if they're going to stake their ground on going to jail.Now if they have been scammed....that might be another story....but you can still try your best with your side of the story.
