I should have just paid someone to do it.Luckily for me, having one side rented is barely a loss so I wasn't too hurt by this.The one tenant I inherited signed a lease renewal in September, and I just signed a one year lease in November for the other side.I think one of my biggest problems may be having people take me serious (I am pretty young, and look even younger).

In addition, there are 2 Columbus area real estate groups, (a) COREE which has a general purpose and meets the first Tuesday of the month (see their website for details) and has good education and networking and (b) a landlording group that also has good education and networking and - importantly - will be meeting TOMORROW NIGHT MARCH 24th at Tommy's Pizza on Dublin-Granville and will be having one of the most important educational discussions in our business - how to buy "right" (what to pay and what to buy).

This month's meeting is Thursday the 14th from 630pm to about 830pm, there will be a short introduction for Teaminvestpro then we have more going on Friday from 9am to about 4pm and on Saturday, TeamInvestpro will be having their official launch for the Inland Northwest, from 9am to about 4pm.
