Hello all,I'm currently finishing a year lease at my apartment and I have been inspired by BP to find myself a 2-4 unit small multifamily to househack. 

After discovering Bigger Pockets and watching and reading for numerous hours for a few days, I was inspired to think creatively to solve this problem.

I appreciate the story and it is definitely inspiring

It inspires me and makes me excited and anxious to get to our first project.
