Not to mention I had to remove the property’s listing with my real estate agent because they were smoking in the unit during showings and also said they couldn't help but have their moving boxes stacked everywhere (making showings near impossible, the boxes could have been placed in the basement or garage)...so annoyed.  

My major concern that it would take longer time for one man to do the work and it might annoy tenants.

I had 11 of these and good systems in place but still had 1-2 evictions a year and 3-4 big things that were normal annoyances like plumbing leaks, damages from hurricanes, or some vandalism.

Good luck getting 99% of the population to be outraged or annoyed that the 1% might have to pay taxes on capital gains.

@Laura Keels I'm no expert in Landlording (just started myself a few days ago and dealing with my own issue), but if I was in this situation I would just stick it out until the end of the lease as annoying as it may be.

Not worth it, the point is to socialize in an activity you enjoy, if you enjoy golf then fine go for it, but if you go in with the intention of making deals from it you'll just spend a ton of money and be bored/ annoyed when it doesn't work. 

The underwriting process is always annoying, but you want to make sure you have someone who’s in your corner helping you through it.

People who are obnoxious and in your face annoy me so I think "The Boring Realtor" is great in targeting a niche that hates obnoxious Realtors."

Maintenance, bookkeeping, annoying tenant calls, etc.

Just think of it as an annoying, expensive lesson learned.
