Tenant having girlfriend and her kids stay when he is not there
I am counting down till end of Moratorium. Lease ends 8/31/20. The tenant has 2 daughters.
Often does not watch them. they have thrown rocks and peed in my yard. I live upstairs and it is private entrance through side yard.
He has his girlfriend and her 2 kids staying there and lets them stay all day while he is at work. They are not on his renters insurance. I already brought this up to him but he continues to do it. I cannot do anything until Moratorium ends on August 1. Good news his lease ends on August 31 anyways and he is looking for a place. In meantime he wants to come up and do laundry so basically I am granting his girlfriend not on lease and her kids to come upstairs. I am not comfortable with this. I plan to not allow him to come use laundry as long as extra people not on lease are staying. Not sure what else to do? If I send him failure to comply or vacate in 3 days once moratorium over, it could enrage him more. Not sure what to do.
