If the crimes are all around it in a ring radius then you have an area wide problem that is more systemic and harder to turn around. 

Are you having problems getting your phone to ring with prospects?

I sent out letters Monday and the phone has been ringing off the hook.

So, a viable alternative would be to use Google Voice, and disable "call screening" so calls ring and go to voicemail.Question: Does anyone out there have good voicemail copy examples geared toward the "we buy houses cash" type business; that increase the likelihood of a message being left?

We don't allow homeowners in the pit which is what they would have to do to raise the ring and lid which I'm assuming is what you are seeing that's sinking.

A debt buyer's/debt owner's license seems to be more of a necessity and having a servicer in place at the outset is key, but hopefully my points of being proactive and having the correct level of expectations still rings true.Best,Dave
