@Bob Foglia,  If you do end up needing a QI, I've worked with @Dave Foster on a couple occasions and he is awesome to work with. 

I’ve actually met Brandon Rush on multiple occasions and still attend his events which I absolutely love doing.

They were trying to get me to use their list & pay for it on a multiple occasions.

On rare occasion above that but above 60k a day is mostly for highway interstates.  

He has called authorities on several occasions for harassment as my father and sister have attempted to collect rent or evict him.  

My future partner sent me a contract he has used on other occasions with investors, he seems reliable and has a great reputation, but I would still like to consult each clause with an attorney, accountant, or experienced investor with deep knowledge and experience in Real Estate Investing Partnerships.

On more than one occasion, I have seen sellers “forget” to include certain expenses or “accidentally” overstate rent.

And in the rare occasion those things do happen solve the problem as they come. 

Though there are numerous occasions that your VA offer can look stronger, but that depends on the realtor and how they structure your offer. 

But I've seen people make mistakes like this on occasion.
