@Brittney Yang surprisingly I have found that I can have glue down LVP installed by a local flooring company, we use Artisent Floors, https://artisentfloors.com/, for our local renovations and they are awesome and they can do it for less than what I can buy the product for at Lowes or HD even with my 10% military discount! 

One of my properties (Wolf Run) was supposed to be at a 6.02% rate.

I was very happy with the process and the site as it held my hand through the transaction, along with the seller as it was my first note transaction (thanks again JB).

I have done a few investments but only one in an opportunity zone, most of my investing is in the Pearland/Manvel area.  

My point is that there are plenty of motivated participants at this price point even if the gross commission is low.
