I recently purchased a mountain cabin in a location in the western US which gets quite a bit of snow as a short term rental.My primary vehicle is a 4 door sedan.

Looking to see if anyone has any lawn and snow removal referrals in Racine, WI I have contacted 6 different companies with 3 of which never responded and the other 3 I have been waiting days now to send me their quote/estimate they promised me several days ago I don't have time to chase them down looking to see if anyone can help me or know anyone reputable for lawn maintenance and snow removal. 

I tend to be skeptical of the "motivated seller" approach to real estate investing popularized in the 1970's and 1980's now that the internet presents homeowners with thousands of real estate valuation sites. 

There is definitely a lot more snow at Big Bear for the ski slopes.

@Chris K.As long as there is ample parking without the garage and you don’t have a snow season, then go for it.

Market value was $2300 , I gave them $100 discount and waived the pet fee, but I made them responsible for snow removal/lawn care.

If you have 10 year old Victorian properties in snow/tornado zone the sky’s the limit. 

Not because of the grass, really, but because you have to do THE SAME THING in the winters, monitoring for dangerous snow and ice on walkways and stairs that hasn't been taken care of.This property manager sounds like s/he's never even thought this sort of thing.Now here's something else: I've received multiple warning from multiple municipalities in my time doing this.
