If you failed to properly notify the landlord, in writing, of deficiencies, and furthermore failed to lodge a formal complaint with the local code enforcement people, then again you have no one to blame.If your rental agreement does not address snow removal or who pays for what utilities, YOU should have been asking questions.

@Matthew Carducci, with the caveat that I'm not a realtor, I'm given to understand that you're required to disclose any significant, unaddressed deficiencies from prior inspection reports provided to you, but not the report itself.

AD read for 1k I can keep you in your home for a year :) Hey that's cheaper than rent and if you don't care about your credit.... and in NV there is no deficiency judgment on purchase money .. so it was just a money grab..
