@April Sago We work as far west as White Settlement (west Fort Worth), as far east as Mesquite (east of Dallas), down to cedar hill (south of Dallas), and north to Frisco.

If we look at economics and demographics alone then Dallas would be the best but Dallas is among the highest in the nation for both property taxes and insurance.

Here in Dallas it doesn't really slow things down much, unless it's a family home, where people may not want to move, during the school year.With all that said, there is a reason you have a vacancy factor included in the holding cost of your rental.
