@Kunal Lakhwani I see no real advantage to the higher priced insurance carrier.

@Andrew West my best advice is to shop multiple carriers and go for high deductible and lower total coverage value.

Its back end carrier provides title insurance against claims.

I did this once for a a client, I mailed the contactor a certified letter informing him that I was making him aware of the claim and that based on his policy he was obligated to inform his Insurance carrier or he risked them denying the claim later when they were informed during discover for the lawsuit we would file. 

Tenant needs to make a claim with their Automobile Insurance carrier.

I am curious to hear who everyone uses for Insurance Coverage - as far as Carrier Goes?
