Money now is very good because you are new and ready to do all the work, but the examples you'll hear about are people posting on BP saying, "well, I did all the work and they got a lot or most of the profit." 

Using LVP was a smart choice—it holds up well when wet and is cost-effective to replace.

I'm currently building up capital for future ventures and properties that I find on market, as well as attempting to find the best brokerage where I can work under an individual who is already more established.

Hi Jack, there's a lot of old stock - I've traveled there and seen it myself, but word is out of Syracuse and it has shown up in various BP "lists" over the past 12 months as well.

We just had one, and we got the deal, due to that as well. 

I am in the Port Saint Lucie, Fl market and i have an airbnb that is doing quite well from an income perspective. 

Lots of people rent houses for parties as well, and you won’t be able to do anything about it.
