I was interested in them a long time ago, and checked out their website, scheduled a call to discuss options, and everything sounded great. 

Also both ODC and Disrupt Equity both brag on their websites that they manage nearly 1 billion dollars of real estate but are unwilling to fork in the 3 million needed on this Sunbelt fund to keep these deals afloat? 

There are also a few buildings that were recently delivered where a lot of resales are happening and some of those will be quite attractive to buy in this year.
