I am confused as you are about quality but it seems some have thicker wear layers and others have thinner stronger wear layers, with ceramic or aluminum added to the wear layer for hardness.   

What I meant for proof of citizenship and legal residency is Social security Number or what ever legal residence number I could use to do a background check.I do plan on having a lawyer write up my documents as soon as I can but they charge by the hour and I figure I can save some money if I write up my own paperwork before reaching out to the layer.

However, it's starting to show wear.Since it's only 1 layer, I believe I can overlay without an issue.

Such custodians will hold funds, sign documents, issue expenses and receive income on behalf of your IRA and act as your processing layer.

It seems to me that you are vital in this transaction and should be working with both parties.

In the inspection report, it stated it has a larger typical crash on foundation. the foundation is built with bricks, layers.

However, cities and towns can add some layers to hold landlords accountable.
