Just my thoughts, but two years is kind of on the bubble between cash and investment, especially with this crash.

While the market has already rebounded a fair amount from the recent crash, the 1-2 year outlook for the stock market looks very promising in my opinion.As soon as you turn 18, get a secured credit card. 

Supply increases, demand decreases, defaults without foreclosures (not allowed for now but will be soon enough) will create a new real estate panic Government will require banks to loosen the grips that were put in place after the last crash.....

I will be fair and work with my tenants but my rentals, all bought right before the 2008 crash, are not a charity. 

They are like, stock market crashed and don't know what' going to happen to  economy so why jump in right now.

After experiencing the 07 crash and losing alot there, I didn't want to put what I had at risk again. 

We had a property it was underwater in the last crash. 

But now the coronavirus outbreak has gotten so much worse, I feel that the housing market is going to crash sooner or later.

Would really like to move forward, but not if it is going to crash in value, or rents go down too much?

They just need a place to crash overnight.
