Today was the first day I didn't wear an N95 mask in the house and I'm fine.  2 other times I've come home with a sore throat immediately after visiting the house without a mask.I just put the carbon filter in tonight so I anticipate the musty smell to be noticeably improved tomorrow and the next day.

Moving forward, it should go without saying that any sales going forward, must be to owner occupants, OR to a owner who can rent to an immediate family member which is totally within rights as owner, and can be masked as owner occ in some cases.
