I like the idea of explaining how I plan to screen visitors and protect the property from bad guests - however rare they may be.

In advance, you are not the best or most suitable replacement, you have no experience or background, so that would do more harm than good.

I would hope that visitors to this site are more sophisticated and can appreciate saving and making as much money as possible.

It's the law so you need to find suitable coverage or pay a fine.
