Bought it for $170K, put in $17k for a full interior / exterior refresh.

Hoping to refresh this two year old thread a bit. 

This bill requires buildings to be made of similar material and style to the existing structure, which is a nice refresh since most newbuilds look like vertical storage containers. 

Also make sure you are refreshing your Craigslist post everyday.

The rehab is fine per unit as a light refresh, but I would make sure the existing building doesn't need repairs or larger rehab items if needed as you didn't budget for that.
